and don’t even get me started on the paper thin walls—I could practically join the neighbors’ party! i expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such suffering, but i suppose my requests were too much for them to handle.

The Peaberry Boutique Hotel features a charming lobby.
My room on the second floor faced the street, which was unbearably noisy, hindering my sleep. Despite requesting a room change multiple times due to the disturbance from passing cars and motorcycles, the management did not accommodate my request. I ended up relying on earplugs and an air purifier, which unfortunately did little to lessen the noise during my three-night stay.

Spent two nights at the Deluxe Family Room. The space was very spacious with a separate room for the kids, giving us all some privacy. Cleanliness stood out—everything felt well-managed, including fantastic bedding that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The staff helped carry my heavy luggage, which was great since there’s no elevator. Location was excellent, close to attractions like the Sunday Night Market. However, I did have issues with allergies due to the resident cat. It made sleeping difficult despite the lovely atmosphere. Dining options were fantastic. we had delicious breakfasts every morning. Staff were incredibly helpful in organizing excursions for us, always going above and beyond. While the charm of the place is evident, I do wish it had a better way to address allergies for animal-sensitive guests. Overall, would recommend it with those considerations in mind.

We loved our stay here with the grandkids. The room was spacious with separate areas for the kids' bed, which made it feel cozy. Breakfast was fresh every day, and Lee really went above and beyond, helping us organize fun excursions around Chiang Mai.
My kids wished for thicker curtains to block out morning light.
